MN Viking Ticket Lottery
Team members can purchase 1 pair of tickets. Please complete the form with your 1st and 2nd choice game, your payment (checks should be made out to the ERC), your E# (if you do not list your E# you will not be selected for ticket purchase) to the Credit Union no later than 4 pm on August 25, 2022. Winners will be notified by email (thru your North Memorial email). If you are not selected, your entry will need to be picked up in the Credit Union by 9/16/2022 or all checks will be shredded.

Employees can purchase one pair of tickets. Please write down your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice game selections on the attached form below. Take your $175 check (made payable to the ERC) to the Credit Union by 4 p.m. on 8/17. The drawing will be held for all games on 8/20 Winners will be notified by phone.
