Employees can purchase one pair of tickets. Please write down your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice game selections on the attached form below. Take your $175 check (made payable to the ERC) to the Credit Union by 4 p.m. on 8/17. The drawing will be held for all games on 8/20 Winners will be notified by phone. If you are not selected, your entry will need to be picked up in the credit union by 9/10 or all checks will be shredded.
